Ajay Jindia
Chief Legal Officer
Ajay Jindia is the chief legal and compliance officer for Cane Bay Partners VI, LLLP. He is responsible for all the company’s legal affairs, which includes providing legal counsel to the board of directors, chief executive officer and other members of the executive team.
Before joining Cane Bay Partners, Jindia was a partner at Schoenthaler Law Group in Atlanta, Georgia. From 2015 to 2020, he served as outside counsel to startup and emerging growth businesses, micro-VCs, and angel investors. These companies relied on his legal expertise on venture capital financing, debt financing, employment, equity compensation, intellectual property, and complex contract negotiations.
Jindia holds a JD from Georgia State University College of Law and a bachelor’s in finance from the University of Texas at Austin.

Ajay is approachable and straight forward. He also regularly voices support of the contributions made by members of his team and is invested in streamlining his team’s efforts in order to improve efficiency and output.
